“Survivor Italian” and Sicilian Food

The course is designed for all those who intend to have a unique experience by totally immersing themselves in Sicilian culture. The course will be held at Scie Center in the Island of Ortigia in Syracuse, with excellent teachers and qualified staff. The course offers 24 hours of “Survivor Italian” which allows participants to learn the basics of Italian in order to be able to communicate with Sicilians during their stay in Syracuse. The course includes a unique experience through the flavors of fantastic Sicilian food.
There will be cooking classes, where you will learn how to make pasta and bread according to Sicilian customs, using the ancient tools that Sicilian women used to cook. There will be the opportunity to visit the most
fantastic archaeological sites in Sicily, such as Agrigento, Taormina, and the Archaeological Park of Syracuse.
